- The calendar at the bottom of the page has been updated again. I didn't go looking for the South By Southwest shows, though - if you're attending SXSW, you can look up the show schedules via their materials or websites.

- Black Mondays: The Shangri-La has begun showing filmes noirs at 5 and 7 every Monday.

- 7 Walkers: Papa Mali and Bill Kreutzmann (of Grateful Dead fame) have a new band. 7 Walkers' album will be released this spring/summer, and they'll be playing at a number of festivals this year.

- Speaking of new albums, Guy Forsyth's "Live at Gruene Hall" will be released this spring, too. The release party will be at Gruene Hall on May 2.

- Congratulations to Seth Walker, who is opening for Willie Nelson next month at Whitewater in New Braunfels. That's some prestigious company to be keeping, sir.
